Using a helium mass spectrometer, we can test welds or potential leak pathways of a vacuum chamber with precision through sophisticated and sensitive leak detection practices. For all of our products, we guarantee there are no leaks that would allow a thimbleful of helium in 30 years.
Using heat for instance, we can bake out chambers and remove any contaminants through an evaporation process, leaving the chamber in pristine condition.
Through residual gas analysis on the chamber, GNB calculates the exact percentages of the composition of the atmosphere within the chamber and guarantees that there are no hydrocarbons present.
